Share your new Wall Decal photos & videos with us for a chance to WIN a prize pack valued at $400!
We absolutely love seeing and sharing all of our stoked customers new Wall Decals! So this is a monthly competition for our customers to share their new Wall Decals in the coolest way!
Its super simple to enter! Once you have purchased your new Wall Decal, all you have to do is send us either:
- A before and after photo of your room with your new Wall Decal.
- Before shot should be portrait mode on your phone, showing the bedroom/ wall space before you applied your Wall Decal.
- The After shot should be the same photo - but with your new Wall Decal up! Share how your new Wall Decal has helped transform your kids bedroom!
- A Video of your kids reaction to seeing their new Wall Decal in their bedroom!
- This can be filmed on your phone as well - ideally in portrait mode. Sharing your kids excitement when they get to see their new Wall Decal decorating their bedroom walls! Bonus points for videos with your kids sharing what they love most about their new Wall Decal!
- A video before & after shot of your bedroom/ wall space.
- Filmed on your phone in portrait mode.
- Video can pan around the room before your Wall Decal is up. And again once you have stuck up your Wall Decal.
- A video testimonial of your experience supporting us and using your new Wall Decal.
- Filmed on your phone in portrait mode is perfect.
- And finally, a video time-lapse of you sticking up your new Wall Decal! Ideally filmed in portrait mode on your phone with the time-lapse setting.
Note: Ideally all videos and photos to be in portrait mode. Using your phone is perfectly fine!

At the end of every month we will compile all the photos and videos received and announce a winner for the best one!

A PURCHASE OF A WALL DECAL IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS COMPETITION. CUSTOMERS WHO SUBMIT VIDEOS/ PHOTOS ARE AGREEING TO THE BELOW TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THIS COMPETITION.
PLEASE NOTE: By submitting videos, photos & any material into the Monthly Customer Competition you are providing express permission for BrightSide Art to use such photos, videos & material in social media content, across websites associated with BrightSide Art as well as in organic & paid social media advertising to promote BrightSide Art across social media channels.
1. PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: The MONTHLY CUSTOMER COMPETITION (\"Competition\") begins on The 1st of each month at 9:00am AEST and ends on the last date of each month at 9:00pm (the \"Competition Period\").
The sponsor of this Competition is BRIGHTSIDE ART STUDIO ("BrightSide Art"). By participating in the Competition, each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of BrightSide Art, which shall be final and binding in all respects. BrightSide Art is responsible for the collection, submission or processing of Entries and the overall administration of the Competition. Entrants should look solely to BrightSide Art with any questions, comments or problems related to the Competition. BrightSide Art may be reached by email at brightsideartstudio@gmail.com during the Promotion Period.
2. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of AUSTRALIA who are 18yrs or older (the \"Entrant\").
3. PRIZES:
A single winner will be chosen by BrightSide Art to receive the 2 x Large Wall Decals of their choice. (approximate retail value or "ARV": $400.00). This prize is NOT redeemable for cash or gift cards or custom Decal designs.
Prize: Winner selected by BrightSide Art will be able to choose any 2 Large (or small) Wall Decals of their choice. Wall Decal designs are limited to what is available from the online store at the time of the winner being notified.
TIMEFRAME: The Winner will have 5 working days to select their Wall Decal Prize from the range available online at the time of the Winners announcement. Unless previously discussed with BrightSide Art. Winners cannot delay their prize selection or select Decal designs not currently available through the online store.
Only one prize per customer and per household will be awarded each month. Gift cards and gift certificates are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer. Prizes cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or substituted by winner. BrightSide Art reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value if a prize described in these Official Rules is unavailable or cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason. The ARV of the prize represents BrightSide Art’s good faith determination. That determination is final and binding and cannot be appealed. If the actual value of the prize turns out to be less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash. BrightSide Art makes no representation or warranty concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize awarded. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. BrightSide Art will not replace any lost or stolen prize items.
This Competition is open to legal residents of AUSTRALIA and Prize will only be awarded and/or delivered to addresses within Australia. All federal, state and/or local taxes, fees, and surcharges are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Failure to comply with the Official Rules will result in forfeiture of the prize.
BrightSide Art will cover costs associated with Shipping when sending out the Prize to the Winner.
4. HOW TO ENTER: Enter the Competition during the Promotion Period online by visiting the Competition Page, following the steps and submitting via email to brightsideartstudio@gmail.com, Competition page can be found on the following website at https://brightsideart.com.au/pages/customer-content-monthly-competition
Automated or robotic Entries submitted by individuals or organizations will be disqualified. Internet entry must be made by the Entrant. Any attempt by Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins or any other methods, including, but not limited to, commercial contest/sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering services, will void Entrant's Entries and that Entrant may be disqualified. Final eligibility for the award of any prize is subject to eligibility verification as set forth below. All Entries must be posted by the end of the Promotion Period in order to participate. BrightSide Art’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Competition.
5. WINNER SELECTION: The Winner(s) of the Competition will be selected by BrightSide Art from among all eligible Entries received throughout the Promotion Period. The selection will be conducted after the Promotion Period by BrightSide Art or its designated representatives, whose decisions are final. Odds of winning will vary depending on the number of eligible Entries received.
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winner will be notified by email at the email address provided in the Entry Information approximately 7 days after the selection. Potential Winner must accept a prize by email as directed by BrightSide Art within 14 days of notification. BrightSide Art is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive email account(s), technical difficulties associated therewith, or Winner’s failure to adequately monitor any email account.
Any winner notification not responded to or returned as undeliverable may result in prize forfeiture. The potential prize winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability, and a Publicity Release (collectively \"the Prize Claim Documents\"). No substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted except by BrightSide Art.
7. PRIVACY: Any personal information supplied by you will be subject to the privacy policy of the BrightSide Art posted at https://brightsideart.com.au/pages/privacy-policy . By entering the Competition, you grant BrightSide Art permission to share your name, photos/ images/ videos submitted as part of the competition for the purpose of promotion, advertising, administration and prize fulfillment, including use in a publicly available Winners list.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: BrightSide Art assumes no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Competition; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, camera, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Competition; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet or website or any combination thereof; (e) suspended or discontinued Internet, wireless or landline phone service; or (f) any injury or damage to participant's or to any other person’s computer or mobile device which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Competition or download of any materials in the Competition.
If, for any reason, the Competition is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Competition, BrightSide Art reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition in whole or in part. In such event, BrightSide Art shall immediately suspend all drawings and prize awards, and BrightSide Art reserves the right to award any remaining prizes (up to the total ARV as set forth in these Official Rules) in a manner deemed fair and equitable by BrightSide Art. BrightSide Art and Released Parties shall not have any further liability to any participant in connection with the Competition.
9. SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER
All material submitted to enter this competition will be available to be posted via official BrightSide Art social media channels including, but not limited to: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Twitter, Google, etc. Posts may include: organic posts to social media accounts owned by BrightSide Art as well as paid advertising posts to social media accounts owned by BrightSide Art.
